Private & Co. Return Policy

PLEASE READ.

At Private & Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Online Orders:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we can gladly offer exchange or store credit for your item. We do not do cash returns. We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with tags still attached within 14 days of the customer receiving the product.

To initiate a return, please email us at people@privateandco.ca with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request has been approved, you may proceed to send your item back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please be sure to carefully package your items to prevent any damage during transit.

Private & Co. reserves the right to refuse a refund on any item that is not returned in its original condition and is no longer sellable.

We only cover Free Shipping once for orders that qualify, any bounced packages cannot requalify for free shipping again.

Sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Duffle Bag Store items are also Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
