Shipping Information

Orders ship within 2-3 business days via courier or Canada Post. All shipments include $100 insurance (additional coverage is available upon request).

Canada Post notice: Canada Post is not currently able to service our location. Until further notice, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or any other deliveries sent through Canada Post. This includes packages sent through another country's national postal carrier, such as USPS, that are handed off to Canada Post for final delivery in Canada. Please send all returns and exchanges by private courier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Purolator).

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once a return or exchange has been approved, the item must be received back at Private & Co. within 7 business days of the approval date. Returns or exchanges received after this period may be refused.
