The S40’s Jeans from TCB are a faithful reproduction of wartime denim, inspired by the simplified construction of 1940s Levi’s during WWII. Designed around this period of material restriction, the jean strips back unnecessary details while maintaining a rugged, workwear-first build.
Cut from TCB’s original 14oz Zimbabwe cotton denim, the fabric offers a softer hand compared to typical rigid repro denim, with a natural slub that develops strong vertical fading over time. The one wash finish removes shrinkage concerns while keeping the character of raw denim intact.
The fit stays true to the era with a higher rise and straight leg, built for durability and everyday wear.
