A standout piece rooted in one of the most iconic vintage Hawaiian designs, the Hundred Tigers shirt channels a 1950s classic, reworked through The Flat Head’s exacting approach to fabric and print.

Cut from lightweight 100% linen, the fabric is breathable, absorbent, and built for summer wear, with a crisp, dry hand that softens over time. The base is indigo dyed, then hand screen-printed using a discharge technique; removing and reapplying colour to create the dynamic “Hyaku Tora” pattern. This process introduces natural irregularities in tone and saturation, giving each shirt a slightly unique finish.

The open collar design keeps things relaxed, while precise pattern matching across the chest pockets ensures the graphic flows uninterrupted; an easy detail to miss, but one that defines the level of craftsmanship here.
