The UES Indigo Wabash Shorts are a summer-focused reinterpretation of vintage workwear trousers, combining classic railroad-era Wabash fabric with the rugged construction details that define the UES brand. Built from a custom indigo Wabash fabric, the material utilizes indigo-dyed yarns in both the warp and weft before the iconic dotted stripe pattern is discharged into the fabric, a time-consuming process that creates exceptional depth and fade potential.

Drawing inspiration from vintage work pants, UES redesigned the silhouette specifically for warm-weather wear while retaining practical workwear details throughout. The shorts feature asymmetrical rear pockets with a flap closure on one side, reinforced interior panels, and heavy-duty triple-needle stitching that enhances both durability and visual character. High-quality linen is used for the pocket bags, waistband lining, and reinforcement cloth, providing excellent moisture absorption and quick-drying properties during hot summer conditions.
