Our pre-loved pieces have been carefully selected and inspected by our team before being offered for sale. We look for quality, well-crafted garments that still have plenty of life left in them.

Condition

Each item is individually inspected in-store for overall quality and wear. Any notable flaws or signs of use will be clearly described and photographed on the product page whenever applicable. All pre-loved garments are cleaned prior to being added to our collection.

Measurements

Measurements are taken by hand in-store and are listed as accurately as possible. Because vintage and pre-owned garments often fit differently than modern sizing, we recommend comparing the provided measurements to a similar item you already own rather than relying solely on the tagged size.

One of a Kind

Unlike our regular inventory, each pre-loved item is unique. Once it's sold, it's gone. Availability is limited to a single piece unless otherwise noted.

Orders ship within 2–3 business days via courier or Canada Post. All shipments include $100 insurance (additional coverage is available upon request).

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
