EEL - Pickel Blouson Check Shirt Red [E-24470]

The Pickel Blouson is EEL Products’ relaxed take on the space between a shirt and a lightweight jacket. Built with a clean check fabric and an intentionally simple construction, it works just as easily buttoned up as a shirt or worn open as a light outer layer.

The Red check gives the piece plenty of character without making the design overly complicated. The fabric is tightly woven with a softly brushed surface, giving it a warmer hand and a subtle texture that works particularly well through the cooler months.

Rather than building the Pickel like a conventional tailored shirt, EEL keeps the construction relaxed and uncomplicated. The unlined design keeps it comfortable for layering, while snap closures through the front make it easy to throw on and off throughout the day.

The collar is constructed without a separate collar band, helping it sit more naturally around the neckline and reinforcing the casual feel of the piece. Combined with the relaxed proportions, the result feels closer to a lightweight blouson than a traditional button-up shirt.

It is a good example of what EEL does particularly well, taking an uncomplicated everyday garment and changing just enough of the proportions, fabric and construction to give it its own personality.
