Description
The Cassidy brings a different feel to Imogene + Willie’s women’s denim lineup, pairing an easy, relaxed silhouette with a subtle indigo striped fabric.
Cut from 13oz 100% cotton denim, the fabric uses an indigo dyed stripe that gives the jean the character of vintage workwear without feeling overly traditional. The stripe is subtle enough to wear much like a regular pair of indigo jeans, but adds considerably more texture and visual interest up close.
The Cassidy starts with a relaxed mid rise before opening into an easy fit through the hips and continuing into a long, column shaped leg. Rather than tapering toward the ankle, the leg maintains its width and creates a clean, slightly slouchy silhouette.
Western inspired sloped rear pockets give the Cassidy another point of difference from a conventional five pocket jean. The rest of the construction stays familiar, with a five pocket layout, zipper fly and UFO rivets.
Imogene + Willie designed the fit to have some intentional ease. They recommend taking your normal size for the relaxed fit shown by the brand, or sizing down if you prefer something more fitted through the top block.
The jeans are patterned, cut and sewn in the USA, continuing Imogene + Willie’s longstanding commitment to domestic production.
