The exterior is cut from 12oz Sashi-Ori woven in Japan from 100% cotton. The fabric has a pronounced, dimensional surface that brings depth to the garment without relying on prints or additional detailing. Substantial enough to function as outerwear but comfortable enough for layering, it is a natural fit for the Crissman’s year-round versatility.

For the Natural colourway, Dehen leaves the Sashi-Ori undyed. The warm, ecru-like tone puts the woven structure of the fabric front and centre, allowing subtle variations in the cotton and texture to remain visible. Rather than developing the high-contrast fading associated with indigo, the natural fabric will soften and pick up character gradually through regular wear.
