The Knit Utility Vest takes Dehen 1920’s long history of heavyweight wool knitting and applies it to a simple, functional layering piece. Made in the USA from 100% wool, it has the substantial feel and texture Dehen is known for while remaining easy to work into an everyday wardrobe.

The heavyweight knit provides plenty of warmth without the bulk of a fully sleeved sweater or jacket. Finished in Off White, the natural tone makes the texture of the wool particularly visible and provides an easy contrast against indigo denim, olive fatigues and darker outerwear.

The design pulls from traditional workwear and military knitwear, with reinforced shoulder panels adding both structure and durability. A four button closure on the front allows the vest to be worn open over a shirt or tee or buttoned up as an insulating mid layer.
