The FULLCOUNT 1103 Clean Straight takes the brand’s celebrated 13.7oz selvedge denim and pairs it with a newer silhouette designed to sit directly between two of FULLCOUNT’s most established fits. Originally introduced to mark the brand’s 30th anniversary, the 1103 combines the roomier thigh of the classic 1101 with a leg opening closer to the slimmer 1108, creating a clean, balanced straight fit that works particularly well for everyday wear.

At the heart of the 1103 is FULLCOUNT’s original 13.7oz Japanese selvedge denim, woven from 100% Zimbabwe cotton. The long staple cotton gives the fabric a notably soft and comfortable hand while retaining the durability and character expected from traditional Japanese denim. Woven unsanforized on traditional machinery, the fabric retains the natural texture, elasticity, and irregularity of the cotton rather than being heavily stabilized during production.

This version is offered completely raw and unwashed, allowing the wearer to experience the fabric from its original state and control the first wash themselves. FULLCOUNT estimates approximately 8–10% shrinkage after washing, bringing the jeans down toward the measurements of the corresponding one-wash version. From there, the indigo denim will continue to soften, conform to the body, and develop increasingly personal fading through wear.

The Clean Straight silhouette provides comfortable room through the thigh before narrowing slightly toward the hem, resulting in a streamlined profile without moving into a true slim fit. A distinctive diagonally positioned rear centre belt loop subtly separates the 1103 from FULLCOUNT’s other core denim models.
