FULLCOUNT - Straight 15.5oz Raw Selvedge Jeans [1101XX]

The 1101XX takes one of FULLCOUNT’s core straight fits and pairs it with the heavier denim from their XX series. At 15.5oz, it has noticeably more weight and structure than FULLCOUNT’s standard denim while retaining the comfort the brand is known for.

The fabric is FULLCOUNT’s original 15.5oz Japanese selvedge denim, woven from 100% Zimbabwe cotton using substantial #6 warp and weft yarns. The long staple cotton gives the denim a combination of strength, elasticity and a surprisingly comfortable hand for its weight.

FULLCOUNT uses a particularly deep indigo for the XX denim. Combined with the irregular character of the yarn and traditional shuttle loom construction, the fabric is designed to develop pronounced vertical fading and strong contrast as the indigo wears away. Starting from raw gives you the full experience, with the denim gradually moulding to the wearer and developing creases, fades and wear patterns unique to how it is worn.

The 1101 is FULLCOUNT’s classic straight silhouette. It has a deeper rise with comfortable room through the top block, followed by a straight leg with a subtle taper toward the hem. It sits between FULLCOUNT’s slimmer and wider core fits, making it one of the more balanced cuts in the lineup.

Traditional details include a five-button fly, copper rivets, hidden back pocket rivets, cotton thread construction, chainstitched hems and waistband, selvedge detailing and a leather waistband patch.

This version is completely raw and unwashed, so it will shrink considerably with its first wash.

Fabric & Shrinkage: This is the raw, unwashed version of FULLCOUNT’s 15.5oz XX denim and will shrink considerably during its first wash. Expect approximately 8 to 10% overall shrinkage as the denim settles toward FULLCOUNT’s One Wash measurements. Some variation is normal depending on water temperature and drying method. Cold washing and hang drying will minimize additional shrinkage.

Raw unsanforized denim. Expect roughly 8 to 10% shrinkage after the first wash, bringing measurements down to the one wash size. Size accordingly.
