Indigofera’s Webster Shirt takes the straightforward shape of a classic board shirt and gives it a more unusual texture through horizontal cotton corduroy. Rather than relying on a print or heavy detailing, the fabric itself becomes the defining feature, adding raised texture and visual depth across an otherwise clean, uncomplicated workwear silhouette.

Made from 100% cotton, the corduroy has a soft, substantial hand that adds warmth without pushing the Webster into heavy overshirt territory. The textured surface gives the Navy colour more dimension than a flat woven fabric, shifting subtly depending on the light while remaining dark and easy to pair with denim, fatigues and work trousers.

The Webster is cut with a straight body and finished with two chest pockets and metal buttons, keeping the construction rooted in simple mid-century work and leisure shirts. Indigofera describes the Webster as one of its recurring shirt shapes, using different seasonal fabrics while retaining its straightforward board-shirt proportions.

Fabric & Care: Made from 100% cotton corduroy with a soft, raised texture. The fabric provides more warmth and surface character than a standard plain weave while remaining comfortable enough for regular layering. Wash cold with similar colours and hang dry. Avoid excessive heat to help preserve the shape and texture of the corduroy.

Fit: The Webster is cut in Indigofera’s straight board-shirt silhouette with a clean, relatively relaxed body and straight hem. The shape is well suited to wearing untucked or open over a T-shirt.
