The Flat Head FN-D111 is a modern interpretation of the classic wide straight jean, combining a relaxed vintage-inspired silhouette with one of the brand's most celebrated denim fabrics. Designed with a higher rise, generous top block, and a full straight leg, the FN-D111 offers exceptional comfort while maintaining the clean proportions and timeless styling associated with classic American workwear. The jeans are constructed from The Flat Head's proprietary 14.5oz left hand twill selvedge denim, woven on vintage shuttle looms from premium Zimbabwe cotton. Renowned for its exceptionally long staple fibres, Zimbabwe cotton produces a fabric that feels remarkably soft while remaining incredibly durable. The left hand twill weave encourages the dramatic vertical fading, known as tate-ochi, that has become synonymous with The Flat Head. As the indigo wears away, bold vertical streaks, sharp whiskers, and high contrast fades emerge, creating a pair of jeans that tells the story of its owner.

Built with the same meticulous construction found throughout The Flat Head's denim collection, the FN-D111 features an iron button fly, original iron hidden rivets, reinforced buttonholes, a premium cowhide leather patch, and single stitched rear pockets for an authentic vintage finish.
