UES MFG.CO.’s BSX-1 Boot Socks are built specifically for heavier footwear, combining an above calf length with targeted cushioning, reinforcement and ventilation. The taller profile makes them particularly well suited to engineer boots, work boots and other high cut footwear, helping protect the lower leg from rubbing against the boot shaft while keeping the sock securely in place.

The main body uses moisture absorbing Dralon cotton yarn, with the knit construction changing depending on the demands of each area. Pile knitting adds cushioning through higher impact zones, while mesh sections improve airflow and help reduce heat and moisture buildup during extended wear. UES varies the thickness throughout the sock rather than simply making the entire garment uniformly heavy.

Additional reinforcing yarn is used around the Achilles, one of the areas most exposed to friction inside substantial boots, while curl yarn at the heel and toe helps reduce unwanted movement and improve stability. The result is a sock designed around long term comfort and durability rather than just warmth.

The Black colour gives the BSX-1 its most understated appearance, making it easy to wear with everything from indigo and black denim to fatigues and heavier winter footwear. The vintage inspired contrast stripe adds just enough visual detail while keeping the overall look simple and utilitarian.

Fabric & Care: Made from 37% acrylic, 32% cotton, 27% nylon and 4% polyurethane. The blended construction balances moisture management, stretch, cushioning and durability, while targeted mesh areas improve ventilation inside heavier footwear. Wash cold and hang dry to help preserve the shape and elasticity of the knit.

Fit: Designed in a tall boot sock length that extends above the calf for additional coverage and protection when worn with engineer boots and other high cut footwear. UES lists size L for approximately 25–28cm feet. The stretch within the knit allows the sock to conform closely around the foot and lower leg.
