UES MFG.CO.’s BSX-1 Boot Socks are designed specifically for the demands of taller, heavier footwear. Extending above the calf, the longer length provides coverage against boot shafts, making them particularly well suited to engineer boots, work boots and other footwear where a shorter sock can leave the leg exposed to rubbing.

UES builds the main body using moisture absorbing Dralon cotton yarn, then changes the knit depending on what each area of the foot needs. Pile knitting adds cushioning through high impact sections, with the thickness adjusted in different areas to improve fit and comfort. Mesh knit sections increase airflow and help reduce heat and moisture buildup during longer periods of wear.

Durability is also addressed around the areas that typically experience the most abuse inside a boot. Additional reinforcing yarn is used around the Achilles where friction against the boot can be particularly high, while curl yarn at the heel and toe helps reduce unwanted movement inside the sock. The result is a sock designed around function first rather than simply adding thickness everywhere.

Finished in Olive with a contrasting vintage inspired stripe, the BSX-1 has enough visual character to work with denim and traditional workwear while remaining practical for everyday use. The longer length and substantial construction also provide additional warmth during colder months, making these an especially useful option for fall and winter footwear.

Fabric & Care: 37% acrylic, 32% cotton, 27% nylon and 4% polyurethane. The blended construction combines moisture management, stretch, cushioning and durability, while mesh knit sections help improve ventilation inside heavier footwear. The socks have been wash processed before sale. Wash cold and hang dry to help preserve their shape and elasticity.

Fit: Designed in a tall boot sock length that extends above the calf for additional protection from taller boot shafts. UES lists size L for approximately 25–28cm feet, roughly corresponding to 9.8–11 inches in foot length. The stretch within the knit allows the sock to conform closely to the foot and lower leg.
