Indigofera - Loa Bandana Off White/Black/Rust COMING SOON*

Indigofera’s Loa Bandana continues the brand’s long-running collaboration with Swedish artist Björn Atldax, translating his detailed, slightly macabre artwork into a lightweight piece of wearable textile art. The Loa design pulls imagery from Atldax’s earlier Skull Project, combining oversized skulls with owls, talons, tadpoles and astrological symbols arranged into a dense, symmetrical composition.

The artwork is screen printed onto 100% Japanese cotton voile, a fine, lightweight fabric that feels softer and airier than the heavier cotton commonly used for traditional workwear bandanas. The finer weave also allows the intricate illustration to remain crisp while giving the fabric an easy drape around the neck or head.

The Offwhite/Black/Rust colourway keeps the highly detailed artwork grounded, using a warm off-white base with black linework and rust-toned accents. It gives the piece enough contrast for the smaller details to stand out without feeling overly bright, pairing naturally with indigo denim, black jeans, olive fatigues and neutral workwear.

A rinsed finish softens the fabric from the beginning, while the generous 56 × 52 cm size gives it enough coverage to wear properly as a neckerchief or head covering. Fold it into a pocket, tie it around a bag or simply hang it as a small textile artwork when it is not being worn.

Fabric & Care: Made from 100% Japanese cotton voile with a rinsed finish. The fine weave keeps the fabric lightweight and comfortable while allowing the detailed screen print to remain crisp. Wash gently in cold water with similar colours and hang dry. Avoid bleach, harsh detergents and excessive heat to help preserve the artwork and fabric.

Fit: Measures approximately 56 × 52 cm, giving enough coverage to wear as a traditional bandana or neckerchief while remaining compact enough to fold into a pocket, tie around a bag or wear at the wrist.
